Community Support Work Service - Asian
Affinity's Asian Service has been developed to meet the changing needs of the growing Asian populations in Auckland.
Asian Support Workers provide a community based service for Asian people who experience mental health issues by speaking their language, understanding their culture and providing support for recovery
HOW TO ACCESS THIS SERVICE
Our service is free and available to those who meet the criteria:
- Have been diagnosed with mental illness
- Are over the age of 18 years
- Who live in the Central and South Auckland District Health Boards
Referrals can be made by:
- Family, friends or the individual
- Psychiatrist, key worker or GP
- Other professionals or service providers

同心精神健康促进社的亚裔社区服务工作组，是为了
满足奥克兰地区不断增长的亚裔人口的新需求而成立
的。
本组的亚裔社区工作者深入到社区中，为亚裔精神疾
病患者提供各种免费服务， 以帮助他们早日康复。
服务对象
如果您被诊断患有某种精神疾病、年龄在18岁以上，
并居住在奥克兰中区和南区医疗管理局管辖范围内，
您就可以成为我们的服务对象。
转介办法：
你可以被下列人士转介到我们的服务组：
- 家人、朋友和其他任何个人；
- 精神科医生、护士、社会工作者或家庭医生；
- 其他的专业人士或机构。
